The problem with railway tie remediation is the distances from the job site to the final destruction site of the material. This includes extra equipment loading and unloading with extra handling time and wear and tear of equipment. When rail lines are stressed and traffic is high it is difficult to do this in a timely and efficient manner. This adds extreme costs to the procedure and that does not include the handling, loading and unloading of the material. Tipping fees for disposal are estimated at disposal sites, plus extra costs for unloading and extra charges for ties that have plates. Extra charges will also be for trailer and rail car cleaning. Loading and unloading of material is also a few dollars a tie. We have a solution that will save money and time. It also has a smaller carbon footprint and reduces pollution, environmental and health issues. We eliminate all of the above processes.
